Life Coaching in Dublin and Online
Most people don't come to life coaching because something is broken. They come because something is ready to change.
Life coaching is a collaborative partnership grounded in the present — in the skill of staying here, now, with what's actually happening rather than the story about it. It's not advice-giving, and it's not about fixing you — you are the expert in your own life. What a life coach provides is something rarer: a dedicated space to untangle what you're thinking, feel what you're feeling, and choose — consciously, here and now.
Whether you're feeling stuck, burnt out, navigating a career transition, or simply sensing that there's more available to you than your current pattern allows, life coaching offers clarity and confidence, practical action, and the accountability that makes meaningful change actually last.
I offer in-person life coaching in Dublin 2, at 26 Frederick Street South, D02 PP79 — a calm, dedicated therapy room in the heart of the city centre — and online life coaching wherever you are.
Why People Come to Life Coaching
Life coaching can help you with:
Feeling stuck
When you know something needs to change but can't see what, or can't seem to move.
Burnout and feeling burnt out
Recovering your energy and rebuilding a sustainable way of working and living.
Career transitions
Changing roles, changing direction, or finding work that actually fits who you are.
Confidence building
Quieting the inner critic and trusting your own judgement.
Stress management
Not just coping better, but changing your relationship to pressure.
Goal setting and goal achievement
Setting goals that mean something and following through.
Relationships and boundaries
Saying what you need, and meaning it.
Personal development and personal growth
The ongoing, ever-renewing work of becoming more fully yourself.
Present-focused coaching doesn't dig for what's wrong with you. It builds from what's right with you — and helps you overcome the blocks that keep it hidden.
The Benefits of Life Coaching
Self-Worth and Alignment
You learn to hear your own needs — and act on them. Life stops being organised around other people's expectations and the automatic loop that keeps turning whether you're steering or not. You start prioritising what's genuinely yours to want.
Support and Accountability
Change is easier with someone in your corner — someone to challenge you, encourage you, and keep you honest with yourself. Follow-through stops depending on willpower alone: you stay committed because you made the commitment to yourself, and someone is walking beside you while you keep it.
Clarity and Confidence
Your direction stops being fog. You see your strengths plainly, trust your own judgement, and move forward with purpose — a quieter kind of certainty that holds even when there are still questions ahead.
Healthier Relationships and Balance
As self-awareness deepens, communication changes — with yourself first, then with everyone around you. Boundaries become easier to hold because you know what they protect, and work and life settle into a rhythm you can actually sustain.
The Enneagram:
A Framework for Change
At the heart of my life coaching practice is the Enneagram — not as a personality test, but as a map of how you change.
That may sound backwards. The Enneagram is famous for describing nine types of people. But at its core, it teaches something deeper: that who you are is not a fixed thing. The Self is ever-changing, ever-renewing. The patterns you run — the ways of thinking, feeling, and reacting that feel like "just how I am" — were learned. And what was learned can be seen, understood, and consciously revised.
This is why the Enneagram works so well with life coaching. Where other approaches ask what you want to change, the Enneagram also shows you why you haven't yet — the hidden logic of your patterns, the protective strategies that once served you and now hold you back.
The key that unlocks all of it is surprisingly simple: staying in the Here and Now.
Being with what is — in you, around you, right now — rather than what should be, what could have been, or what you're afraid might be.
That's hard to do alone. Nearly impossible, actually. The patterns that need seeing are the ones designed not to be seen from inside. This is where the coaching relationship does its quiet, powerful work.
The Healing Power of the Coaching Relationship
Change doesn't happen in isolation. It happens in relationship — and the coaching relationship is built for exactly this kind of change.
When you sit with someone who listens without judgement, who holds steady while you look at the things you usually look away from, something shifts that doesn't shift on its own. You stop performing. You stop editing. And in that unguarded space, you start to see yourself clearly — often for the first time in years.
This is the healing power of being accompanied. Not fixed, not advised, not corrected — accompanied. Two people looking honestly at what is, together. One of them learning to stop turning away.
From there, conscious choice becomes possible. Not the forced, willpower-driven kind that fades by February, but the kind that comes from genuinely seeing your pattern and choosing differently — with support, with accountability, with practical action that fits your real life.
Meaningful change is rarely a single breakthrough. It's a relationship you build with yourself over time. A life coach helps you build it.
What a Life Coaching Session Looks Like
A session is your dedicated space to pause, reflect, and focus on what truly matters to you. We start with where you are — what's surfaced since last time, what's asking for attention. Through focused conversation and gentle challenge, we get beneath the surface to what's really going on: the doubts, the patterns, the blocks.
Then we turn insight into action. Not generic homework, but small, concrete steps that feel aligned and achievable — because change that fits your life is change that lasts.

Book a sessionCoaching With Me: A Long-Term Relationship
I don't offer life coaching as a quick fix, because you're not a quick-fix kind of project. The people I work with best want a coaching relationship over time — somewhere between three months and a year or more — where real transformation can unfold at the pace it actually takes.
The work deepens in stages. First, clarity: seeing your pattern, understanding why you're where you are. Then, movement: conscious choices, practical action, changes that hold. And then, the long arc: living increasingly from the ever-renewing Self rather than the old pattern — with support while you build the trust to carry it yourself.

If you're looking for personal growth coaching that goes deeper than goal-chasing — and you're ready for change that's honest, supported, and genuinely yours — I'd love to hear from you.
